By accessing or using the Wisehomie application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Wisehomie provides educational tools and services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-generated answers to user queries based on uploaded or provided study materials.
  • Course management tools to organize and track academic content.
  • Features to enhance study experiences, such as writing assistance and file uploads.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Free Plan: Limited features, including a restricted number of queries daily, supported by advertisements.
  • Pro Plan:
    • Monthly: $19.99/month – Includes unlimited queries, multi-file uploads, increased file size limits (up to 50MB), ad-free usage, and priority support.
    • Annual: $190.99/year – Save 20% with a yearly subscription! Get two months free while enjoying all Pro features at the best value.
  • Auto-Renewal: If auto-renew is available and enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to your selected payment method.
  • Cancellation:Users may cancel their subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
  • Refund Policy:Refunds are not offered for subscription fees, except as required by applicable laws.

4. Use of AI-Generated Answers

  • Educational Purposes Only: The responses provided by Wisehomie are intended to support learning and should not be used as final solutions for assignments or exams.
  • No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, Wisehomie’s AI-generated responses may not always be correct or contextually appropriate. Users are advised to verify the content for accuracy.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Account Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • Acceptable Use: Users may not:
    • Share their accounts with others.
    • Use Wisehomie for illegal or unethical purposes.
    • Upload copyrighted materials or content without proper authorization.

Wisehomie respects your privacy and handles personal data per our Privacy Policy.

  • User Rights:
